Subscribe to our plan
Begin by subscribing to our subscription plan, choosing between a monthly payment or a discounted yearly payment. Your first subscription payment is charged immediately. After this initial charge, billing is paused until your website is finished and published, ensuring you only pay for the service once it's up and running.
Access your back-office account
Once you subscribe to our plan, you will receive login information for your dedicated back-office account. Here, you can select the design template you want to use for your website and upload all the content you wish to include, such as texts, images, and your logo. The back-office streamlines the process of developing your website and makes communication easy and efficient.
Website development
With your content and design preferences in place, we begin working on your website. All communication happens using the chat feature in your back-office account, allowing you to easily contact us with any additional requests. We will continuously send you the ongoing versions of the website for review and will continue refining the site until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
Deployment and hosting
You will have access to a CMS that allows you to add and update dynamic content, such as articles, blog posts, and galleries. For updates that require coding, such as layout changes, new pages or third-party integrations, you can submit a request through your back-office account. You get 1 hour of free tech support or programming work each month, ensuring your website continues to meet your evolving needs.
Content management and support
You will have access to a CMS that allows you to add and update dynamic content, such as articles, blog posts, and galleries. For updates that require coding, such as layout changes, new pages or third-party integrations, you can submit a request through your back-office account. You get 1 hour of free tech support or programming work each month, ensuring your website continues to meet your evolving needs.
Your website will be hosted by our service for a minimum of 24 months. After this period, you have the option to download and transfer the website to another hosting provider or continue using our comprehensive hosting with support.
If you choose to cancel before the two 2 year period ends, you can either terminate the website entirely or transfer it to another hosting provider for a termination fee.
Additional programming costs
Once your website is live, you might want to decide to perform more demanding updates, such as adding complex functionalities or making significant changes. These enhancements may require additional programming work beyond the 1 hour of free support included each month. For these cases, we offer affordable rates for extra coding time.
The minimum billing unit for programming is 20 minutes. When you request an update that exceeds the free hour in a given month, we will provide you with a detailed calculation and a payment request for the additional coding work. This ensures you have a clear understanding of the costs before any extra work is carried out.
